Shipping policy

We ship all of our order via USPS. Once a shipping label has been created, we will update your order with the tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays or damages that may be caused by USPS. All packages come with insurance and you will be able to submit a claim with USPS. If you would like additional insurance for your packages, please notify us before your order is processed and we will be able to add the additional cost to your order for processing.

Shipping varies by weight. Most orders can be shipped using our standard shipping of $4. Others will be $7.95. We also offer expedited shipping for $25 (1-2 day shipping after processing order).

Please make sure shipping address is correct before processing payment for order. We can not guarantee that we are able to change address during our processing time. Please contact us immediately for address updates. There will be a $5 reprint shipping label fee that must be paid before order is shipped. We will send out an invoice for fee and once paid your order will ship to new address provided.

Pick-Up Option: We do not have a retail location. Pick-up location will be at the discretion of the owner and we will directly notify you to coordinate a time and place for pick up. WE DO NOT OFFER HOME DELIVERIES. If you wish for your package to be delivered at your home, a shipping fee of $4 must be paid and we will ship your item to you.

We do not process refunds or exchanges. We thoroughly inspect our items and create documented files for each order. Please make sure you provide us with all important details for your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us.
